The Schemes of Post Matric Scholarship including Book Banks and Upgradation of Merit are applicable to all States/UT Administrations having ST population. As per the guidelines of these Schemes, the Central Assistance is released to the States/UTs based on their submission of proposals complete in all respects. The UT Administration of Lakshadweep has not submitted any proposal and hence, no funds have been released to them under these Schemes.
